We are seeking a passionate and skilled UI/UX Faculty to join our academic team. The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions on user interface and user experience design, mentoring students, and preparing them to meet industry standards. The faculty will also contribute to curriculum development, project guidance, and the overall enhancement of students’ creative and technical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and deliver interactive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in UI/UX Design.
- Teach tools and technologies such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
- Cover essential topics including design principles, wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, responsive design, and interaction design.
- Guide students in hands-on projects and portfolio development.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Mentor students on career paths, soft skills, and interview preparation for UI/UX roles.
- Develop study materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure course quality and syllabus completion.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their design skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of real-world projects.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and other design/prototyping tools.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, UX research methods, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
