We are seeking a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Faculty to train students and professionals in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to deliver engaging, practical training sessions that help learners gain real-world skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on MERN Stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, projects, and assessments.
- Guide students in completing their academic projects, including project design, coding, debugging, and implementation support.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in JavaScript frameworks and web technologies.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and training quality.
- Mentor students in building real-time projects and preparing for placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Good understanding of Git/GitHub, frontend frameworks, and database design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, or Redux.
- Experience with deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
- Ability to create and manage capstone projects and live coding sessions.
