Soft Skills:

• Min 3 years’ experience in PHP (Laravel / Yii2)
• Should have working experience in any web development company managing a team size of 3-5 members working on multiple projects
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Should be capable of utilizing back-end data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
• Experience in planning, implementation of quality delivery of projects
• Excellent English communication skill both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to various technologies and research new concepts
• Pro-active attitude and doing what it takes to get the job done
• Comfortable with agile technologies
• Salary scale starts from 40,000 per month

Candidate Requirement:

• Female candidates who have prior experience working in web development company
• Should be able to communicate with both local and international customers
• Responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls and regular follow up
• Generating leads through various online platforms and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
• Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team
• Preparing proposals and regular follow up
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Salary scale starts from 20,000 per month and other incentives plus allowances
