📚 Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on Java and Spring Boot frameworks for students or corporate trainees.
- Design and deliver well-structured course content, including hands-on coding exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and related technologies to ensure the training content is relevant.
- Develop, update, and customize training modules, ensuring they cover core Java concepts like OOP, JDBC, multithreading, and advanced Spring Boot concepts such as Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Microservices architecture.
- Create comprehensive project work and case studies aligned with industry standards to give practical experience.
- Mentor and guide students or trainees on best coding practices, debugging techniques, and application deployment.
- Provide support for live projects, helping trainees build real-world applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Conduct regular assessments, and project evaluations to track progress and ensure skill development.
- Provide constructive feedback and help trainees overcome technical challenges.
- Collaborate with other trainers, course designers, and management to improve the training quality.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, including user guides and training manuals.
- Encourage students to engage in hackathons and coding competitions.
- Help trainees enhance their problem-solving, analytical thinking, and team collaboration skills, essential for success in the tech industry. Provide insights into real-world use cases of Java and Spring Boot in areas like e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, and enterprise solutions.
- Keep students informed about emerging technologies like Spring Cloud, Reactive Programming, and Microservices best practices.
